The Joy of Mozart

Needing to regroup after my audition debacle, I decided to study the music of Mozart--so subtle, refreshing, joyful...and pure.

But a word to the wise--don't settle for the cheapest score you can find. I've learned that if you do, you might not be practicing the notes Mozart wrote, but someone else's egotistical "improvements." Another word to the wise--Mozart cannot be improved upon!

Why don't you become a writer? You could write a book about the very best editions of things. I'd love to know which edition to buy of everything. Some have milkier pages, some have wider spacing, some have the best fingerings, some are closest to the "urtext", etc. However, maybe this should be a blog so you could have the very most current editions listed, and take into consideration things that are out of print.
